A space to speak honestly and be met, not fixed.
What does it mean to be a man today? In a world where masculinity can feel misunderstood, shamed, or complicated, we need a space to talk openly and honestly about our experiences.
Thursday Men’s Group is a weekly space for men who want honest conversation and real support. Not advice-giving. Not fixing. Just a steady room where you can speak about what’s actually going on and be met by other men doing the same.
The group is run by a male therapist, and it isn’t about teaching you how to “be a man.” It’s about sitting together in the rawness of life and daring to speak what’s true. Not performance. Not shame. Just honest, human connection.
We meet every Thursday evening in Bishops Lydeard for 75 minutes.
Sessions run on a pay what you can basis. Most give between £10 and £40, but you’re welcome whatever your circumstances—even if you can’t pay right now.
If you’re tired of doing this alone, come.
We’ll be here.
