Being in Brotherhood

Fridays, 19:00 – 20:15

Open For New Members. All Men Are Welcome.

What does it mean to be a man today? In a world where masculinity can feel misunderstood, shamed, or complicated, we need a space to talk openly and honestly about our experiences.

Being in Brotherhood is a men’s group designed to help you explore, redefine, and embrace your masculinity in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of being a man today, diving deep into self-exploration, including powerful shadow work to understand the hidden parts of ourselves.

The group is run by a male therapist, and it isn’t about teaching you how to “be a man.” It’s about sitting together in the rawness of life and daring to speak what’s true. Not performance. Not shame. Just honest, human connection.

We meet every Friday evening in Bishops Lydeard for 75 minutes.
Sessions run on a pay what you can basis. Most give between £10 and £40, but you’re welcome whatever your circumstances—even if you can’t pay right now.

If you’re tired of doing this alone, come.
We’ll be here.
